FlexEdge Limited – an FMCG company, is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Field Sales Manager
- Responsible for driving sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- He/ She is responsible for marketplace / competition feedback
- Provide leadership for sales team under his/her control
- Support the National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager in Implementing the company`s KPI amongst team members
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to improve performance of sales team in the region Increasing business visibility and opportunity through various route to market
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Manage and maintain efficiently the company`s working tools for the field team
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors and report same to NSM /RSM.
- Ensure team member achieve coverage target for the region
- Ensure the team surpasses the expected strike rate for the business.
- Drives prompt cash collection from wholesale customers
- Coordinate the use and submission of call cards by team members
- Personal management of Wholesale customers

- First Degree in Social Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Field Sales Manager role with experience in FMCG sector is a MUST
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft suite – MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Must be resident in any of the stipulated locations
