Context

The Danish Council for Refugees (DRC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956, which operates in more than 30 countries around the world. The aim of DRC is to protect fugitive and persecuted populations from persecution and to promote durable solutions to the problem of forced migration on the basis of humanitarian principles and human rights. DRC in West Africa

The Service Support Coordinator manages, supervises and supervises all the support services (administrative, financial, human resources and logistical) of the mission, and ensures that these services are even able to fulfill their tasks. Under direct supervision of the financial, administrative and human resources team of the Bamako office:

In direct supervision of the logistics team:

Profile Search

A degree in finance or management. An experience of at least two years an equivalent position in an international solidarity organization. Previous experience working on projects with the European Union, SDC, ECHO, USAID. Previous experience with Danida would be a plus. Experience in developing a national team capacity through training, performance management and development plans. Excellent ability to work in a team and in a deeply multicultural environment. Will defend DRC values ​​and principles. French speaking and shouting, with strong reactionary capacities. English is a plus.
